In a situation where I was a young and inexperienced buyer, they offered invaluable guidance. However, they didn’t just tell me what to do. They empowered me with information and their experiences, listened to my needs and wants, and advised in a very non-abrasive way. Whether I chose to follow their advise or not, they respected any decision that I made.

The entire buying process and the real estate industry in general can be vast and confusing. Laurie and Mickie were extremely accommodating and made the process simple. If they didn’t know an answer to one of my questions (which was rare), the knew exactly who to contact, and promptly got back to me with accurate information.
By far, the biggest thing that set this duo a part, is their advocacy. Through complication and negotiation with official offers, inspections, and conversations with sellers, they completely had my best interest at the forefront. The late calls, time, and effort they put in was above and beyond. Even after the sell, when I had a complication with the house months later. They took action immediately and became a fierce advocate once again, even without a contract or incentive for them.
I cannot recommend Laurie and Mickey enough for all current and future real estate needs.

As a first time home-buyer, our surprise meeting Laurie and Mickey from Heart and Home Realty was kind of fortuitous. From the get go, Laurie was responsive, kind, thorough, and understanding while we wavered back and forth on whether we were ready to buy. All in the midst of dealing with the added difficulties COVID-19 has added to the home purchasing process.

At our one of our first showings, Mickeys experienced eye identified several potential issues in the home we were looking at. I was very happy that he explained in plain speak how somethings could impact a home in different ways in the future. I never knew so much wen't into a home. He and Laurie walked us through details and minutia of both the home buying process and the home ownership process. They made me feel comfortable at each step and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision I didn't want to make

After a few short weeks of working together, we found the perfect home and within the day, we were ready to make an offer on it. Everything went smoothly and Laurie worked hard during contract negotiations to rectify any concerns we may have had with the home. She definitely will work hard to represent your interests. We love the home we're in and are very thankful we found Laurie and Mickey.

During my first visit in Boise, he toured me through the city and talked about the areas that I should look into. He took time to understand my budget and goals for the property. Since I do not live in Boise, I was not able to view the homes physically but Mickey was able to go view the properties on my behalf. He would provide his honest opinion whether the property was good or not and whether to put in an offer. It took a few tries in this competitive housing market but his expertise really helped me find a great property at a solid price.
